About the Event
Join award-winning poet Luke Wright for a three-hour poetry workshop open to everyone, from first-timers to seasoned writers. We’ll read and discuss a selection of poems, explore how sound and imagery work, and get stuck into writing our own. Expect practical exercises, fresh ideas and plenty of room to experiment with words. Luke brings over 25 years’ experience of writing and performing poetry at theatres, festivals and pubs around the world. Come with curiosity and something to write with.
